Meet the Team Tracey Boltres

How well do you know your pest control service technician? Is he or she someone you’d like to have coffee with? Would you feel comfortable asking them to check “just one more thing” while they’re crawling around the attic or basement? Would you give them a key to service your home while you’re away?If your service technician is Tracey Boltres with Pied Piper Pest Control, the answer would be an enthusiastic “YES!”

Whether checking your termite bait stations or treating your home inside, Tracey’s smiling face and friendly, efficient manner will help you understand one of the many reasons why Pied Piper Pest Control is the one to call for your pest control needs.

Tracey has never shied away from hard work, and understands that customer service is much more than just a motto.”I like my clients,” she says. “I do whatever I can to make them happy.”

Longtime clients of the Pied Piper know that the company enjoys surprising people in positive ways, whether its sponsoring a community event or promptly returning a phone call. But a woman in the pest control industry? Tracey laughs as she explains how she became a pest control technician.

“I was looking for a change. I have qualifications for all kinds of things. I already like people, I just learned what I needed to in order to work in this business,” she says.

Tracey is much more than a technician. She also has connected with customers through community involvement in various networking organizations and events. She says people are often surprised when she tells them what she does for a living.

“As with any job, there are good days and bad days,” she says. “I don’t enjoy crawl spaces, but I don’t mind going into them.”

She says the job is made easier by the customers she serves. She doesn’t view her clients as another house on a route. While she tries to schedule her appointments in such a way that her time is spent treating homes rather than driving all over, she always does what she can when someone calls.

“I want my clients to know that Ill take care of them ASAP,” she says.

Her prompt attention and the respect she has for her clients is evident in the level of trust she has with them. “I have clients who give me the key to let myself in,” she says.

Tracey has been with Pied Piper Pest Control for more than a year and says she truly enjoys her job. “The work isn’t hard, compared to other jobs Ive done. And our clients are great people!”
